• Support customers and intermediaries via phone, email, and live chat
• Process policy quotes, updates, and general enquiries
• Work to team targets and deadlines
• Use our systems and tools with full training provided

• Great communication and people skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good level of education
• Previous work experience is helpful but not essential
