Your Role:
As a Trainee Support Technician, you will:

Serve as the first point of contact for clients via telephone and email.
Enjoy interacting with a diverse range of clients, providing exceptional customer service.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issues.
Work effectively as part of a team to deliver solutions.
Receive full in-house training to develop your skills.
Working Hours:

A 6-month probationary contract, with a review for a potential permanent role.
First 3 months: 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
Next 3 months: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
