The Role: As a Legal Administrator, you’ll be an essential part of the Private Client team, supporting fee earners with a wide range of administrative and client-focused tasks. This is a perfect role for a driven and organised graduate looking to build a long-term legal career.

Responsibilities:

• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Private Client department
  
  
• Preparing legal documents and managing correspondence
  
  
• Handling client calls and queries with professionalism and sensitivity
  
  
• Maintaining accurate case files and legal databases
  
  
• Assisting fee earners with diary management and meeting arrangements
  
  

About You:

• A recent graduate with a strong interest in law
  
  
• Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
  
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
  
• Confident using Microsoft Office and document management systems
  
  
• A genuine desire to progress within a legal setting as a Legal Administrator
