An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join this market leading independent agent within their office in Deansgate, Manchester.
My clients have an exceptional reputation and are keen to add a personable, strong communicator to their team. The role requires somebody from a customer service/ customer facing background and you MUST have a UK driving license.

Trainee Lettings Negotiator – Duties

• Play your part in helping to build the brand in the local marketplace.
• Dealing with telephone and face to face enquiries, providing high levels of customer service at all times.
• Carrying out viewings and obtaining feedback
• Negotiating new tenancies with landlords and tenants.
• Preparing tenancy agreements, issuing legal documents relating to the tenancy and ensuring that all safety certificates are in place prior to move in.
• Working with the property management team ensuring that properties have been prepared for move in.
• Ensuring a smooth hand over of keys and that tenants

Trainee Lettings Negotiator – Experience Needed

• Experience within a customer service or customer facing role is essential.
• Previous experience of using Microsoft office packages
• You must be able to drive and have a full, clean driving license.
