Trainee Lettings Negotiator – Woking
Salary: £14,000 basic | On Target Earnings: £28,000+
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident and driven individual to join a well-established and successful Lettings team in Woking as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator.

This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to launch a career in the property industry. You’ll gain hands-on experience, receive professional guidance, and play an active role in assisting tenants, landlords, and negotiators throughout the lettings process.

Key Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their property needs and preferences
Act as a point of contact, providing timely updates and clear communication
Accompany prospective tenants on viewings, showcasing properties professionally
Provide constructive feedback to help optimise property marketing
Assist in preparing and negotiating tenancy offers
Maintain accurate records of listings, viewings, and client activity
Stay informed about the local property market and industry trends

About You:

Professional, positive, and ambitious with a strong work ethic
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
Confident in client-facing interactions, both in person and over the phone
Eager to learn, proactive, and motivated to meet and exceed targets
Smart and presentable with meticulous attention to detail

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
Local area knowledge (Woking and surrounds)
Basic IT skills
No prior lettings experience required – full training provided
