We're on the search for a dynamic, enthusiastic individual who is looking to pursue a career in Residential Estate Agency. This is a sales based role so confidence and a competitive edge is key.

Role Overview:

Qualify leads and register suitable applicants looking to rent a new home.
Conducting property viewings and guiding applicants through the process.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service.
Assisting with negotiations between applicants and clients, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
Oversee the rental process from point of registration to key handover.

Requirements:

Graduates preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication and telephone manner.
Presentable and confident.
Money motivated with a sales edge.
Ability to work in a target based environment.
Full UK Drivers License
