Job Description - Trainee Loan Administrator

Just finished school and ready to start your career? This is a brilliant opportunity to step into the world of property finance—no experience needed! Our client is a successful and growing finance business based in Altrincham, offering full training, a supportive team, and the chance to work towards a recognised qualification in business or financial services.

What You’ll Be Doing: As a Trainee Loan Administrator, you’ll:

Help the team with loan applications and paperwork
Keep an eye on shared inboxes and upload customer documents
Enter information into the company system (CRM)
Support the process of getting loans approved and completed
Communicate with customers (with help from your mentor!)
Learn about legal and property documents
Build great admin and organisation skills
