Trainee Machine Operator

My client based in the Stourport area of Worcestershire is looking to recruit for some Trainee Machine Operators on a Temp to Perm basis as the business continues to grow. As they are Trainee positions full training will be given but they would prefer candidates who have some experience within manufacturing.

The hours are Mon-Thurs 0700-1600 with a 1300 finish on Fridays

The main responsibilities for the role include

- Trained to use a CNC Machine
- Working to specifications set out for you
- adhere to all Health and Safety Requirements
- Maintain your work area, keeping it clean and tidy at all times

As a suitable candidate you will offer the following

- Have previous experience within a manufacturing environment
- Commit to the training and support on offer during your initial probationary period
- Work well as part of a team
- Good communication skills with an ability to get on with people at all levels of the business

The starting pay-rate for these positions is £12.21
