Holt Engineering is currently looking for a Trainee Machine Operator to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Wareham.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a modern production and manufacturing environment, with full training provided on specialist machinery.

The Role:

Operating and monitoring production machinery to manufacture products to the required specification.
Loading materials and components into machinery and ensuring production runs smoothly.
Carrying out quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
Following detailed work instructions and production procedures.
Identifying and reporting any faults, defects or issues with machinery or products.
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets.
Receiving full training to become competent in operating specialist manufacturing machinery.The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience within a production, manufacturing, assembly or machine operating environment would be advantageous.
A practical and hands-on approach to work.
Good attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
Comfortable working with machinery and learning new processes.
Reliable, punctual and keen to develop new skills.
Previous electronics or engineering experience would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training will be provided.Trainee Machine Operator Benefits:
