Are you looking for a stable, Monday-to-Friday job with an early finish every Friday?

We are currently recruiting for a Machine Operator to join a busy engineering and manufacturing company based in Atherstone-on-Stour.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, hands-on and looking for long-term work with the opportunity to become permanent. Full training will be provided, so previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential.

Own transport is required due to the location

What will you be doing?

* Operating production machinery and equipment safely

* Assembling and preparing products

* Packing and checking finished products

* Carrying out quality checks and ensuring products meet required standards

* Following health & safety procedures

* Keeping your work area clean, tidy and organised

* Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

* Supporting other areas of production when required

What are we looking for?

We're looking for someone who is:

* Reliable and punctual

* Hardworking with a positive attitude

* Comfortable working in a busy production environment

* Able to work both independently and as part of a team

* Good at following instructions and paying attention to detail

* Previous production or manufacturing experience is an advantage, but full training is provided

* Own transport is required due to the location
