Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Maintenance Technician to join our team. This is an entry-level position, perfect for a school leaver or college student looking to gain hands-on experience in maintenance and compliance. No previous experience is required—just a willingness to learn!

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Trainee Maintenance Technician, you will work alongside experienced professionals, learning about:

• Compliance & Regulations – Understanding legal requirements and industry standards for building safety and maintenance.

• General Maintenance – Assisting with repairs and upkeep across our care homes, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and more.

• Health & Safety – Gaining knowledge of best practices to ensure a safe environment for residents and staff.

• Problem-Solving – Learning how to diagnose and fix maintenance issues efficiently.

• Multi-Trade Skills – Developing skills in various trades to support the maintenance team.

What We’re Looking For

• No prior experience needed – full training will be provided.

• A keen interest in maintenance, construction, or compliance.

• A proactive and hands-on approach to learning.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• A positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.

• A driving license (or willingness to obtain one) is beneficial but not essential.
