Trainee Management Accountant

We are seeking a Trainee Management Accounts who has some previous experience working in a finance role. Work for a well established company within their Accounting & Finance department in Doncaster. This role focuses on supporting financial operations and ensuring accurate management accounts preparation. Hybrid Working.

Description

• Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts.
• Support the reconciliation of balance sheets and financial statements.
• Analyse variances and provide reports to senior management.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Provide support during audits and financial reviews.
• Handle ad-hoc financial tasks as required by the department.

Profile

A successful Trainee Management Accountant should have:

• A background in Accounting & Finance
• Drive to become fully qualified
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of accounts preparation and reconciliation.
• A willingness to pursue professional development, supported by study assistance.
