We are currently recruiting for a motivated and enthusiastic individual, to join our well-established client based in Macclesfield. Within this role, you will receive hands on experience as well as study support, to progress your career. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take that next step.
Duties
Learning all aspects of the business including sales administration, operations administration and finance.
· Chasing debtors via telephone and email.
· Making payments to suppliers.
· Assisting with the preparation of management accounts.
· Reporting of accounts.
· Processing of orders for the business.
· Raising sales invoices.
· Completing monthly stock checks.
· General administration tasks: answering calls, responding to emails, documenting management, ordering stationary, organising travel and hotels for staff when needed.
Requirements
· Ability to work within a highly regulated organisation and follow procedures in a professional manner.
· Comfortable using Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Dynamics and advanced Excel.
· Display strong organisational skills.
· Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
To be successful, you will be an individual who is eager and willing to learn in a highly professional and regulated environment. This role would be ideal for an individual who has a strong interest in finance and would like to progress within this department.
