Trainee Metal Worker

Are you looking to build a hands-on career in manufacturing? We're offering a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Trainee Metal Worker in the LE2 area.

This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone looking to start their career in the engineering and fabrication industry. Full training will be provided.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assisting with the fabrication and assembly of sheet metal components

• Learning how to operate machinery such as press brakes, guillotines, and hand tools

• Reading and interpreting basic technical drawings (training provided)

• Supporting the workshop team with general duties and housekeeping

• Developing an understanding of health & safety in a manufacturing environment

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• A genuine interest in a career in engineering or manufacturing

• Punctual, reliable, and a good team player

• No prior experience required - just the right attitude

This is a long-term opportunity with potential to grow into a skilled sheet metal worker role for the right person.
