This is a fabulous entry level role for an individual looking to enter the world of manufacturing laboratory components. All training provided. Industry leading company - lovely team environment.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
Operate various gauges and laboratory equipment to inspect and verify optical components.
Communicating inspection results to relevant departments
Ensure manufactured parts meet specifications by comparing them to technical drawings.
Prepare detailed test reports for measured components.
Qualifications and experience: Necessary:
GCSEs in English and Maths grade C or equivalent
GCSE in Combined Science/Physics grade C or equivalent
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Desirable:
Prior laboratory experience
CAD experience
Other: Monday-Thursday 08:30-17:00 Friday 08:30-15:00 23 days annual leave + bank holidays Quarterly Bonus Health insurance options available Company pension
