As a Trainee Mortgage Adviser, you'll be working closely with the company directors to support clients through the full mortgage process — and begin your transition into full advisory work.

• Handling and progressing mortgage cases from enquiry to completion

• Communicating with clients via phone and email to provide updates and guidance

• Liaising with lenders, solicitors and third parties

• Maintaining accurate, compliant client files

• Shadowing advisers and gradually building your own skillset and confidence

• Ideally some mortgage admin experience, or at least familiarity with the mortgage process

• A confident communicator who builds rapport easily

• Detail-focused, organised, and reliable

• A self-starter who’s ambitious, eager to learn, and wants to grow into an adviser role

• Based in or near Hemel Hempstead

• Base salary plus performance-related bonus
