This Mortgage Advisor role offers a fantastic basic salary from £28,000 - £35,000 (DOE and qualifications) with an OTE potential of £50,000. You'll enjoy a dynamic and fast-paced environment while being supported in developing your skills and performance.

As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing leads through various channels.
• Delivering excellent customer service by evaluating customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
• Observing regulatory and ethical standards in line with SMCR.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Meeting and striving to exceed agreed service levels and targets.
• Working in accordance with the company’s responsible lending and underwriting policies.

For the Trainee Mortgage Advisor position, our client is looking for:

• CeMAP qualification or part qualification, or a commitment to study and gain the qualification (training packages provided).
• At least 12 months experience in an advised sales role.
• Proven track record of achieving key objectives in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Manchester City Centre at least three days per week.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and decision-making skills.
