Trainee Mortgage Advisor

Salary - Up to £23k starting salary, £26k + commission once qualified (40k+ OTE)

Progression - They will put you through your CeMAP qualifications and get you into an advisory position!

We’re working with a successful mortgage company in Maidenhead, voted Firm of the Year, who are looking for a Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join their growing team. This role is perfect for a confident and motivated individual who has recently finished their A-Levels or University degree, as full training is provided.

Some Duties for the Trainee Mortgage Advisor;

• Recording and updating the lead enquiries on our database
• Conducting fact finds
• Making and maintaining good relationships with local Estate Agent partners
• Liaising with the mortgage lender, client, valuer and solicitor and keeping the mortgage advisor informed
• Taking daily direction and guidance from the Mortgage Advisors

Skills required for the Trainee Mortgage Advisor;

• You must be a recent university graduate or hold A-Levels (office experience required for the latter)
• Great verbal and written communication
• Good telephone manner
• Ability to work towards targets - a background in sales or finance may be an advantage
• Enthusiasm to learn and a drive to progress - they're looking for people who are motivated and confident!
