Trainee Mortgage and Protection Adviser

Job Title: Trainee Mortgage Advisor.
 
Target: Must be CeMAP Qualified with a minimum 6 months experience.
 
Location: Southend-on-Sea, Essex.
 
Basis: Employed-Full Time.
 
Salary: Basic salary £25,000 DOE + Commission, Realistic Year 1 OTE £55K.
 
Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00am to 6.00pm, Saturday 9am to 5PM on rota

Our client is one of Essex’s premier independent Mortgage brokerage. The business has gone from strength to strength, and they specialise in First Time Buyers, Home Movers, Second Properties and BTL's. They are now seeking a trainee Mortgage Advisor to join their team. Full training will be provided but you must be CeMAP qualified with at least 6-month Mortgage Advise experience to be considered

Key responsibilities for this Mortgage Advisor role:  

• Build and maintain a strong relationship with the team.
• Provide expert mortgage advice to clients.
• Provide exceptional client care and guide them through the application process, ensuring a stress-free experience.
• Stay up to date with the mortgage market and trends.
• Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations, always maintaining the highest ethical standards. 

Skills and experience for this Mortgage and Protection Advisor role:

• Full CeMAP or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 6 months experience in a previous Protection Mortgage. and/or Protection adviser role.
• Ability to always put the customer first.
• Full UK driving licence.
