Overview:
An award-winning estate agency in Guildford is seeking a Trainee Negotiator to join their high-performing team. No prior property experience is required - full, in-depth training is provided by some of the most experienced professionals in the industry.

The Role:
You'll gain hands-on experience in all aspects of property sales, including:

• Conducting viewings and qualifying applicants

• Communicating with buyers, sellers, mortgage brokers, and solicitors

• Learning to negotiate offers and progress deals

• Supporting the sales process from instruction to completion

This is a fast-paced, client-facing role ideal for someone with drive, ambition, and a willingness to learn.
