Superb opportunity for someone looking to take their first step into the office environment. Ideally you will have some experience, maybe around 6 months, either within customer service (retail, hospitality) or within a commercial environment.

Our client is looking to fully train so this is the perfect opportunity to kick-start your career. Mentored by a superb Office Manager you will be trained in all office administrative and support functions.

Key duties include;

• Meeting and greeting visitors and answering phones
• Arranging social events
• Setting up meetings and arranging refreshments
• Organising office maintenance, booking in suitable maintenance suppliers
• Arranging Fire Risk Assessments and other essential certificates and compliance.
• You will be trained as a First Aider and Fire Marshall, performing weekly fire alarm tests
• Manage accounts with suppliers
• IT liaising, become the 1st point of contact for an IT issues and liaise with the external IT provider.
• Support with office administration
• Assisting with some HR administration
