As a Trainee Panel Technician, you will receive hands-on training from experienced professionals, developing the skills needed to repair and replace vehicle body panels to the highest industry standards.
The package:
Full time Perm position Monday to Friday (This is a fully Onsite-based role) Location: Doncaster DN2 Hours: 8:00am- 5:00pm (40 hours a week) Salary on offer: £12.71 Per hour 25 days holidays plus bank holidays Excellent benefit package Ongoing training and career development opportunities The Role
Working as part of a busy and supportive workshop team, you will learn a range of panel repair techniques, from minor cosmetic repairs through to more advanced structural repairs and vehicle alignment work.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with the repair and replacement of vehicle body panels. Learning panel repair techniques to restore damaged vehicles. Supporting technicians with structural repairs, panel fitting, and vehicle reassembly. Using specialist tools and equipment under supervision. Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship. Following all health and safety procedures. Keeping the workshop clean, organised, and efficient. Working collaboratively with colleagues across the site. Developing technical knowledge through ongoing training and mentoring.About You
