NJR have partnered with a well-established firm of Chartered Financial Planners who are looking for a Trainee Paraplanner with proven experience and some CII exams to join their established and fun team. Responsibilities:

" Undertake research both independently and with the Advisers to identify suitable solutions to meet the clients' needs

" Prepare and compile financial analysis data

" Write financial planning recommendation reports to cover a variety of solutions/products.

" Client cashflow planning

" Be involved in some client meetings and help design a suitable planning strategy for our clients.

" The client review process

" Maintain up to date records on our back-office system

" Make sure all regulatory and compliance standards are met on an ongoing basis

What you'll need to succeed:

• 12 months experience working as a Trainee Paraplanner, or an IFA Administrator with Report Writing experience
• The successful Candidate should have gained some of the CII Ro exams
