Location: Central Manchester
Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 (DOE)
Full-Time | Permanent | Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

NJR Recruitment is representing a highly regarded, Chartered Financial Planning firm in Manchester as they seek a motivated and detail-driven 'Technical Adviser Support’ to join their back-office team. Whether you’re already in a Technical Support (Trainee Paraplanner or Technical IFA Administrator) role or progressing through your qualifications, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a supportive, stable, and ambitious business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with advisers to interpret financial advice and prepare reports
• Conduct investment and product research using platforms such as Adviser Asset & FE Analytics
• Write suitability reports and maintain compliant templates
• Source pre-sale documentation including illustrations and literature
• Keep up to date with industry changes and maintain technical knowledge

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a similar role within an IFA environment
• Good understanding of pensions, investments, protection, and platforms
• Strong IT and communication skills
• Working towards Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (support provided)
• Ambition to achieve Level 4 within 3 years
• Experience with systems like XPlan, Adviser Asset, or FE Analytics is a bonus
