Trainee Payroll Administrator

Trainee Payroll Administrator – Payroll & Accounts – c£27,000

Own transport required due to the office location.

A fantastic opportunity to join a growing company as an Administrator and develop a career within payroll and accounts.

This would suit someone who is motivated, reliable and genuinely keen to learn, with the ambition to develop their skills and progress within the business.

They are looking for someone enthusiastic, organised and keen to learn and progress. Previous payroll or accounts experience would be beneficial, but it is not essential as full training will be provided in understanding and managing payroll processes.

Some administration or customer service skills are beneficial and excellent attention to detail and good computer skills are required.

Following training, duties will include:

Preparing weekly payroll information
Processing starters, leavers, P45s and P60s
Responding to payroll queries
HMRC reporting
Invoicing and supplier invoices
Payment runs and bank reconciliations
Balancing spreadsheets and correcting data
Liaising with other offices
General administration
