Trainee Pension Advisor

You’ll start by speaking with prospective customers about their pension arrangements, identifying opportunities and booking qualified appointments for advisers. With R01 and R04 targeted within 6–8 weeks, there is a clear progression path from Trainee Pension Advisor to CRM and then Junior Advisor, with significant earning potential as you develop.

Package & Benefits
• Basic salary £28,000–£32,000 per annum with uncapped commission and OTE of £40,000.
• R01 and R04 qualifications funded, with a fast-track qualification path targeted within 6–8 weeks.
• Structured progression from Trainee Pension Advisor to CRM and Junior Advisor roles.
• CRM earning potential of around £40,000.
• Advisor roles offering up to £50,000 basic plus uncapped commission, with OTE potential of up to £100,000 within 12 months.

About the Company
You’ll join an established financial services business providing independent financial advice across pensions, investments and retirement planning. The business is growing rapidly and has ambitious plans for continued development, with a clear focus on developing future advisers internally.

Key Responsibilities
• Making high volume outbound calls per day to prospective customers.
• Discussing existing pension arrangements and identify opportunities for a free pension review.
• Bookingqualified appointments for financial advisers.
• Buildingyour knowledge of pensions, financial services and the advice process while progressing through your qualifications.

About You
• Minimum of one year’s sales experience, ideally within a high-volume outbound sales environment.
• Experience working within a regulated financial services environment.
• Previous experience handling objections and converting leads.
