Job Description - Trainee Personal Assistant

Trainee Personal Assistant
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 (depending on experience)
Location: London

We are recruiting for a Trainee Personal Assistant to provide support to the EA and the wider team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career within a corporate, client facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Diary management
Event coordination
Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
Offering refreshments and ensuring an excellent front of house experience
Managing and coordinating three busy meeting rooms, including set-up and scheduling
Organising lunches for meetings and events
Printing, binding, and preparing documents
Ordering and maintaining office supplies and stationery

The ideal candidate will:

Be a 2nd jobber
Have a proactive approach, with the confidence to ask for more work during downtime
Be professional, polished, and articulate, as this is a client facing role
Thrive in a hands on environment and enjoy being at the heart of office activity
Be reliable, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks with ease
Must have experience within Financial services or Professional services
