Trainee Pricing Coordinator

Right Now Group are recruiting for a Trainee Freight Pricing Coordinator for a dynamic and fast-paced freight forwarding company based in Feltham.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to break into the freight forwarding industry. No prior freight experience is required - full training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have a background in administration, coordination, or customer service, and a keen interest in learning how to price international shipments. This role involves 75% Air Freight and 25% Ocean Freight pricing and offers a clear pathway into a commercial career within logistics.

• Assist in preparing accurate quotations for both import and export shipments, focusing on Air Freight (75%) and Ocean Freight (25%)

• Support the team in obtaining competitive rates from airlines, shipping lines, and hauliers

• Respond to customer quote requests via phone, email, and online platforms

• Help maintain internal pricing systems and tariff databases

• Liaise with internal teams (sales and operations) to ensure quotes are accurate and aligned with service capabilities

• Learn to analyse the outcome of quotations to improve pricing strategy

• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate professionally throughout the quotation process

• Experience in an administrative, coordination, or customer service role (any industry)

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks

• Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn

• Interest in international logistics, supply chain, or commercial work (prior knowledge not required)

• Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 (depending on experience)

• Shift: Monday to Friday

• Hours: 09:00 - 17:30
