Trainee Printroom Operative – No Experience Needed!

Salary: National Minimum Wage (applicable rate)
Hours: Full-time – Shift Work Weekly rotation of 7am to 3.30pm one week then rotating to 11am to 7.30pm the next
Contract: Permanent
Experience: None required – Full training provided!

No experience? No problem! We're looking for someone with a great attitude, a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic to join a busy and supportive Printroom team.

This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to get your foot in the door of the printing and signage industry, learning how to operate specialist printing and cutting equipment whilst developing valuable practical skills.

You'll receive full training from experienced colleagues, so whether you're looking for your first job or fancy trying something completely different, we'd love to hear from you!

🖨️ What Will You Be Doing?

Working alongside experienced Printroom Operatives, you'll be trained to:

Assist with operating HP and Vutek large-format digital printing machines.
Learn how to use specialist Zünd digital cutting equipment.
Prepare materials for printing, laminating, trimming and finishing.
Check printed graphics to ensure they meet quality standards.
Follow job instructions and production paperwork.
Help with routine machine cleaning and maintenance.
Support the team in completing jobs accurately and on time.
Keep the Printroom clean, tidy and safe.As your skills and confidence grow, you'll gradually take on more responsibility.
