Trainee Production Operative

A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for a Trainee Production Operative for a permanent contarct on behalf of our client based in Stanford le Hope. Join their team at a specialised fuel blending site supplying high-performance products to the automotive, aerospace, motorsport, and oil industries.

Working under the Production Team Leader, you'll help execute the daily blending plan safely and efficiently. Tasks include:

• Blending operations and tanker handling

• Decanting, housekeeping, and waste handling

• Equipment care and use of MRS

• Supporting emergency response and ERP system tasks

• Good literacy and numeracy

• Physically fit and shift-ready

• Hands-on approach and problem-solving mindset

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Experience in production environments or ERP systems is a plus.

Hours ( 3 shift pattern):

• Earlies: 5am -13:30pm
• Lates: 13:00pm - 21:30pm
• Nights 21:00pm - 5:30am
