Salary: £27,378 per annum + PM Shift allowance

Hours: Monday to Friday 14.00- 22.00 (Fri 13.00-20.00)

Whilst training 6.00-14.00 shift

Permanent | Full-Time

We are recruiting for a Trainee Production Operative to join an established business offering full training and the opportunity to learn specialist production processes.

This could suit someone looking to start a career within a hands-on production environment or someone looking to develop their existing skills.

The Role

* Learning to operate specialist production equipment

* Preparing components for processing

* Following work instructions and specifications

* Carrying out visual and quality checks

* Ensuring work meets required quality standards

* Completing basic production documentation

* Maintaining a clean and organised working area

* Following health and safety procedures

* Working as part of the wider production team

We're looking for someone who is:

* Reliable with a strong work ethic

* Keen to learn and develop new skills

* Comfortable in a practical, hands-on role

* Able to follow instructions accurately

* Quality focused with good attention to detail

* A good team player

* Previous manufacturing, production or engineering experience would be advantageous but is not essential
