The role:

As a Trainee Project Manager, you’ll work closely with the senior team to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of technical projects. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain experience across the full project lifecycle while developing your commercial and client-facing skills.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with project planning and scheduling

• Supporting site teams and technical staff with documentation and updates

• Liaising with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery

• Monitoring project progress and preparing reports

• Learning to manage budgets, timelines, and resources

• Identifying and resolving any issues that arise throughout the project

About you:

• A technically minded approach – you may come from an engineering, construction, or technical admin background

• Strong communication and organisation skills

• A problem-solver who thrives on variety and challenge

• Eager to learn and take on responsibility

• Full UK driving licence (due to location and occasional site visits)
