Key Responsibilities of the Property Executive:

• Sourcing new property investment opportunities
• Valuing properties and managing acquisition processes
• Supporting senior staff with administrative and PA responsibilities
• Creating engaging marketing materials and handling listings
• Coordinating property viewings and surveys
• Liaising with clients, developers, housebuilders, and administrators
• Managing diaries, reports, presentations, and more
