As we continue to grow, we are searching for enthusiastic and motivated individuals with a passion for property and world-class client and customer service to join us as a Trainee Property Manager at our Leigh-on-Sea office.
As a Trainee Property Manager at Gateway, you will be guided by some of the most seasoned and experienced industry professionals around on your property management journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
Proactive management of a varied portfolio of properties
Assistance with Service Charge budget and accounts preparations
Handling day-to-day maintenance queries from customers and clients
Regular client and customer liaison

You may be required to attend evening meetings off-site and the occasional overnight stay. In return, we offer a competitive salary.
Previous experience in the real estate industry would be advantageous, although not a necessity as full training will be provided. Applicant must have GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths and hold a full, clean UK driving license.
