£1,000+ per policy (typical)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Convert live, qualified mortgage leads into protection business — no cold sourcing
• Work closely with your adviser pod to maximise referral volumes and retention
• Deliver honest, client-first advice with precision, urgency, and follow-through
• Own your pipeline — from contact to completion
• Learn, grow, and earn — with clear targets and ongoing coaching

• A sales professional with something to prove

• Commercial hunger & performance mindset
• Clear understanding of income = activity
• Able to work fast, handle multiple cases, and follow through
• Confident communicator who builds trust
• RO5 qualified (or willing to complete pre-start)
