This role offers the chance to work alongside experienced commercial leaders, gaining hands-on exposure to all aspects of quantity surveying and commercial management while supporting high-profile construction projects across the capital.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with cost reporting, valuations, and forecasting
Support subcontractor procurement and account management
Help manage variations and commercial documentation
Maintain project financial records and reports
Work closely with operational teams on live construction projectsRequirements:

Degree, HNC/HND, or studying towards a Quantity Surveying qualification
Strong numerical, organisational, and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications
Keen to develop a long-term career within construction and commercial management
Previous construction industry experience is advantageous but not essentialWhat's on Offer:
