As a Trainee QS / Estimator, you are expected to have a high work ethic, focus, and thrive on challenges. The purpose of this role is to ensure the business is profitable.

In this role you will have the opportunity to work within a team of professionals who are experts in their fields, guiding you towards becoming a trusted and valued member of the team.

To excel in this role, you'll need to be a team player and demonstrate a strong work ethic. Working with a team of professionals, you'll be responsible for supporting the estimating & commercial team.

As our Trainee QS / Estimator, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the business's profitability. You will need to have great attention to detail and collaborate effectively with the team.

 Skills & Knowledge Requirements for the Trainee Quantity Surveyor role:

• Grade C or above in at least 5 GCSEs including English and Mathematics and Science (9-4 within the new grading system)


• In addition a BTEC Extended Diploma, Diploma, Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship or one/two A level (s), in a relevant subject such as maths or science. 


• A full UK or EU Driving Licence


• You must be able to demonstrate your Right to Work in the UK, we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role


• Ability to work on own initiative without direct supervision with a high commitment for delivery and quality
