• A motivated, target-driven mindset

• Confident communicator - especially over the phone

• A real hunger to learn and succeed

• Previous experience in sales, telesales or a customer-facing role

• Any exposure to a fast-paced, target-led environment

• Reaching out to top Accountancy & Finance candidates across the UK

• Building talent pipelines for key client needs (both UK & international)

• Supporting senior recruiters and headhunters on active hiring projects

• Learning how to source and assess candidates for high-value roles

• Researching roles and markets to keep ahead of industry trends

• Full-time, permanent position

• Monday to Friday

• Office-based in South Cerney

• Free parking

• Fun and collaborative team with a games room (VR, pool, table tennis, etc.)
