Over the course of the training period you will developed the skills needed to run your desk as a Recruitment Consultant, this includes:

• Engage in proactive calling and lead generation activities to identify potential clients and bring in new business.
• Conduct meetings with prospects to understand their needs, present our solutions, and negotiate favourable terms providing exceptional levels of service.
• Building and nurturing relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment to our clients.
• Managing every aspect of the process from advert writing to offer management.
• Identifying and attracting talent that satisfies your clients’ requirements.
• Sourcing ad developing excellent candidate relationships, maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
• Consistently meeting sales targets and KPI’s that aid our business goals and your personal targets

Our Training Academy:

Our training programme is specifically designed to maximise your skills and encourage you to be the best Recruitment Consultant you can be with a view you will be running your own business within our business, whilst giving you the potential to climb the career ladder and manage your own team within 24 months. Your training will be fast-paced and highly engaging; a mixture of classroom, practical, project, role play, and "at desk" training over the first 6-8 weeks of your time at Robertson Bell.
