Daniel Owen is looking for a trainee recruitment consultant or sales professional to join the team in our office based in Taunton.

Daniel Owen has been a leading force in the construction sector for the past 38 years. We are now looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our vibrant Taunton office to help grow and expand the team even further. This is an exceptional opportunity for the right candidate to flourish within our well-established agency and advance into a Consultant role in the future.

Your impact/duties as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:

• Client Relationships: Not just over the phone, but face-to-face, you'll identify and develop existing and new client relationships.
• Talent Sourcing: Seek out skilled individuals with the right qualifications and experience.
• 360 Recruitment Process: From negotiating terms, to interviews to offer stages, you will manage the entire process.
• Top-Tier Service: Deliver exceptional service to ensure repeat business and outstanding recommendations
