What We're Looking For

We’re on the hunt for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join their high-energy team. Whether you’re a recent graduate looking for a commercial role or you’ve got experience in outbound sales, you will receive all the tools, training, and mentorship to become a top-billing recruiter.

Ideal candidates will be:

• Highly motivated and target-driven
• Confident communicators with a commercial mindset
• Either degree-educated OR experienced in outbound sales (B2B/B2C)
• Interested in technology, finance, or global markets
• Resilient, proactive, and eager to learn

What You’ll Be Doing

• Sourcing and qualifying top tech talent across the fintech space
• Building and managing relationships with clients globally
• Managing the recruitment process end-to-end
• Collaborating with an international team of ambitious consultants
• Working towards performance-based incentives and rapid progression
