Base Salary: £25,000 | First Year OTE: Up to £50,000

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building lasting relationships with clients and candidates across the tech sector
• Staying informed on the latest industry insights and market shifts
• Proactively developing new business through strategic outreach and networking
• Sourcing top talent using headhunting techniques, referrals, and targeted campaigns
• Creating compelling job ads and building your personal brand in your niche market
• Mastering consultative selling and negotiating terms with clients
• Working collaboratively with your team to grow, learn, and share success
