The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be the key link between talented candidates and the roles that fit them best. Your role is to build genuine, long-lasting relationships with candidates, providing them with an exceptional recruitment experience that supports their career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Engagement: Build a network of trusted candidates, fostering connections and sourcing referrals.
• Talent Sourcing: Actively scout for talent on recruitment and social media platforms.
• Database Management: Keep our CRM updated with accurate candidate data to ensure smooth operations.
• Interviewing: Conduct video interviews and prepare candidate profiles to present to clients.
• Process Guidance: Support candidates and clients throughout the interview and hiring process.
• Ongoing Support: Follow up to ensure candidates have a smooth transition into their new roles.
• Social media and Marketing: Collaborate on content and enhance your personal brand visibility online.
• Networking: Attend industry events and meet with clients across the UK to expand your network.

The Trainee Recruitment Consultant Package

• Salary: £25,000 plus commission - excellent earning potential!
• Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays
• Flexible Working: Hybrid working available after probation
