You will be well supported by your team and manager. You will receive a great induction to the company and sector.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, your role will consist of;

• Searching for and contacting the best talent via online job boards and networking websites

• Creating engaging job advertisement

• Screening candidates and conducting face to face and phone interviews

• Creating candidate profiles and marketing materials

• Building relationships with clients and candidates on the phone and face to face

• Liaising with our central compliance team
