What You'll Be Doing

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll begin your journey in the Impact Academy - our intensive training programme designed to fast-track your success.

From day one, you'll:

• Interview and register education professionals for school roles
• Write clear, engaging CV profiles to market candidates to schools
• Work closely with experienced consultants to fill open vacancies
• Learn to manage candidates through the full recruitment process
• Work to weekly KPIs and targets - and earn commission for every success

You'll receive structured coaching, 1-to-1 mentoring, and full access to our industry-leading resources. Once you complete your training, you'll move onto your own desk and begin building your own client base.

What You'll Get

• £28,000 - £30,000 base salary
• £35,000 - £40,000+ first-year earnings (realistic and proven)
