About the Impact Academy

Our Impact Academy is Tradewind's dedicated training programme, designed to transform ambitious individuals into confident, capable recruitment consultants. From personalised coaching and hands-on learning to expert mentorship, you'll be supported every step of the way.

What You'll Be Doing

In your first 6-9 months, you'll be focused on the candidate side of the business, learning the foundations of successful recruitment:

• Interviewing and screening education professionals across Kent
• Creating strong, engaging candidate profiles for schools
• Collaborating with consultants to help place talent into classrooms
• Building strong relationships with teachers and support staff
• Learning the recruitment lifecycle from the ground up
• Working toward clear targets and earning commission as you go

Where This Role Leads

After proving yourself in your first year, you'll move into a sales role where you'll build your own client base and take full ownership of your desk. Ongoing development includes:

• Business development and school engagement
• Negotiation, pricing, and relationship management
• Safeguarding, compliance, and recruitment best practice
• Productivity, personal brand, and leadership coaching
