What You’ll Be Doing?

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be given training from Day 1 through our bespoke training programme equipping you with the skills and resources needed to become a successful Recruitment Consultant. We aim for our Trainees to be ready to go onto a 360 desk within 3 months and we will invest in your success to become a top-performing consultant. You will have the opportunity to:

• Build and maintain long-standing relationships with some of the UK’s biggest law firms, offering consultancy, advising on current market conditions, and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
• Engage with legal professionals every day, helping them advance their careers and achieve their goals.
• Attract and find top-tier talent using our extensive database, LinkedIn Recruiter, job ads, and networking strategies.
