Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Package: £27K-30K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (Year 1 OTE: £40K)

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with candidates and clients.
• Market mapping and hunting new businesses to work with.
• Working towards your monthly revenue and promotion targets.
• Managing your candidate database.
• Becoming a subject matter expert within your specialism.

• Minimum 2:1 degree
• Minimum 12 months sales/phone based experience
• Highly motivated, ambitious, and eager to build a successful career
