£28K-£30K Starting Salary + Uncapped Commission | First-Year OTE: £32K-£38K

• A base salary between £28,000 and £30,000 depending on experience

In This Role, You'll:

• Help schools find top teachers and support staff

• Source, interview, and prepare candidates for placements

• Build strong client relationships with schools across the region

• Create polished CVs and detailed candidate summaries

• Hit performance targets and earn commission for every successful match

• Become a trusted local expert in education staffing
