About the Role As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will learn every aspect of the recruitment process while developing the skills you need to succeed in a competitive, rewarding industry:

• Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
• Understanding client requirements and sourcing high-quality talent
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising to placement
• To complete compliance checks and adhere to GDPR
• To create and managed adverts
• To complete the onboarding of new workers
• To support either temporary and permanent recruitment needs
• To complete high volumes of administration
• To support with marketing
• Negotiating offers and maximising earning potential
• Working towards realistic KPIs and targets

About You No prior recruitment experience is required — full training is provided.
